After selecting your right sizes of ear plugs & ear wings, do the following:

​

  1. Put the leash around your neck and adjust the length.

  2. Insert the Ear Plug into the ear canal (Black Earplug into the Right Ear).

  3. Place the Ear Wing under your ear's antihelix.

  4. Push the Ear Plug in to secure the fit.

  5. Repeat the process on the other side (Blue Earplug into the Left Ear).

  6. Adjust the leash if needed and jump into your water sports! 🌊

  1. Thread the Leash cord through the Filter Tip.

  2. Grab the Ear Plugs and push it on to the Filter Tip.  

  3. Attach the Ear Wing around the Filter (the 'hook' on a Filter should fit into the hole behind the engraved size letter on the Ear Wing).

  4. Repeat the process for the second ear.
